The Mini or Self Storage industry has become one of the fastest growing business sectors in Canada over the past 10 years as it is less costly to develope than standard commercial - industrial projects and has very low "overhead" or operating cost which offers a better return on investment. With that said, there are some wrinkles to be aware of, especially with regard to the supplied building design and the type of storage that can be constructed in a given location. The National Building Code of Canada and most or all provincial building codes require a 45 minute separation between units within storage buildings unless they are equipped with sprinklers. As most self storage built is small scale and usually cold storage, sprinkler systems can be extremely expensive. We offer an economical and cost effective alternative when a fire separation is required for development and or building permits.

Not only do we manufacture and sell a great building package we also provide project management and construction services.
